Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $200

Ongoing Individual Sessions (38-52 minutes): $180 (effective Jan. 1, 2027 for existing clients)

Self-Pay/Out Of Network

My practice is self-pay, which means that all sessions are paid for in full on the day of service and are payable by cash, check, credit/debit card, or HSA/FSA card. I do not accept insurance, though I am happy to provide you with an itemized receipt, called a “super bill” that you may submit to your insurance company to try and get out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. I highly recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking them about Out-of-Network mental health benefits, as each company does things a little differently and some don't offer this benefit at all.  OON reimbursement is solely your responsibility and I do not guarantee any reimbursement nor deal directly with insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy and fees

My internal client system will send you a reminder email and text 50 hours in advance, which offers a 2-hour grace period in case you forgot you need to cancel your appointment.  I am fortunate that my practice runs at full capacity so I strictly adhere to a 48-hour cancellation policy, and prefer as much notice as possible.  If you cancel your session 48 hours or less in advance, your stored card will be charged a late cancellation fee of $130. By the same token, if you are late to a session you are still charged the full fee, though I am not able to extend the session time beyond the usual session limits.
